Larry Duncan was the original founder of Healthcare Professions Seminars, Inc.  in the early 90’s in Kansas City, Kansas.  He was raised a North Carolinian.  Larry attended and graduated from North Carolina State University and continued on with an extensive background in Health Business Administration.

Angela Wagler is a Registered Respiratory Therapist licensed in North Carolina, Tennessee, and Kentucky.  Angela graduated from Tusculum College in Greeneville, Tennessee with a Bachelor Degree of Science in Management.  Her extensive background in healthcare includes a therapist, manager, clinical coordinator, and department head for many years.  Angela recently joined Larry with the expansion of Healthcare Professions Seminars, LLC in 2009.
